連休前の作業ですが。。。(^^;

最近ちょっと夜は寒いですね〜(-"-)

風が強くて冷たくて・・・

自分自身も花粉やら体調不良やら黄砂にPM2.5だったり。

体調がどうも優れません…ノド、鼻がヤバいですホント。。。

連休明けは要注意です(^^;体調の事を聞かれるとヤバッ!って思います!笑

健康が一番ですね〜!!


それで、連休前の作業ですが何台かありましたので…(^^;


まずはアルファロメオ156 2.5V6の車検!




今回はクラッチが滑りぎみだったので、クラッチ交換です!!

ワタクシお得意のV6ミッション下ろし(^^;

GTAに比べると少しやりやすいですが、久しぶりに2.5を下ろしました!


で、難なく下りました(^^)




取り外したミッション。





横には取り外されたパーツ達。




肝心のクラッチディスクの状態ですが


やはり結構減っておりリベットがやや削れておりました(*_*)




そして、ミッション下ろした際にケース内部から金属片が・・・




ディスクの板の間に挟み込まれております薄い鉄板が熱や劣化等で破損しておりました!
これにより余計クラッチの滑りや偏摩耗を起こしていたのだと思われます。



プル式クラッチなのですが、カバーに付いているレリーズベアリングも破損しておりました。



原因確認後、新品部品を取付ます!!




サブフレームが外れているついでに…





フロントロアアーム左右が、かなり限界までブッシュがヘタっておりましたので交換(^^)




ついでにスタビライザーブッシュもヘタリの為、強化!!



さらについでにアッパーアーム左右も!!






さらに左のドライブシャフトが破れていたので
インナー・アウター共に強化品へ(^^)
(最近足回りさわるとこの流れが多いですね〜
でもついで作業なので後々の事を考えると工賃節約なのです。。。)



他にもフロントのブレーキディスク&ブレーキホース交換に・・・



バッテリーも新品に・・・



エンジントルクロッドもブッシュがちぎれてたので交換(^^)



その結果、156 2.5V6の本来の乗り味に生まれ変わりました!!



クラッチも交換する際、清掃と給油をしっかりしておりますので
今までがウソみたいにクラッチペダルが軽くなりますよ(^^)
必ずと言っていいほどオーナー様は納車時に「軽っ!!!」って驚かれます!笑
もちろん、今回も(^^)


そして、156が連休前に納車出来るかどうか分からない。。。
けど、こちらとしては何とか確実に仕上げて連休に乗って頂きたいと作業に追われている時のことなのですが。。。。





もう一台入庫しました〜(^-^)
素晴らしい流れです!笑

アルファロメオ147のカムカバーガスケットからのかなりのオイル漏れです!!
しかし自身で受付した以上連休前にやるしかないです(^-^)


すぐに部品を手配し、交換作業です!
モチロン焦らず確実に。。。

プラグホールにもオイルが漏れておりました…。



しっかりクリーニングし、カムバリエターソレノイド付近にもオイル漏れがありましたので
そちらもついでにシーリング処理(^^)


何とか段取り良く作業が終わりましたので無事に完了〜♪
オーナー様にも連休前に御納車出来ました!


これで156を進めていけばまだ連休前納車は間に合う!!!



…と思ってた時に、僕の携帯が〜♪♪

登録されていない電話番号で、電話に出ると「車が調子悪いから取りに来てー」

とのことで、当社のお客様からなのですが…

そういえば!!笑

そして素晴らしい流れです!!

この時点で156の休み前納車は一度諦めております(^^;


近くのオーナー様で、たまたまタイミングよく大津店に積車があったので引き上げさせていただきました。

車輌はプジョー206ccでエンジン不調。

引き上げ後すぐに原因を見つけ部品を発注!

ギリギリ間に合いました(^^;

交換部品はIGコイルとプラグ4本の交換。

原因はIGコイルの不良でのミスファイアです。




こちらも無事に作業が完了しすぐに納車!








結果…



156も147も206ccも全て完璧に作業が終わり
全て快調に乗れる状態で連休前に納めさせていただきました(^-^)

おかげで僕自身、連休はスッキリした気分で過ごさせて頂きました!!!
